All prices for screen repair are final prices: spare part, fitting, function test and call-out within Munich’s MVV zone M are included. Diagnosis is always free, and every screen replacement comes with a tempered glass screen protector.

How long does a screen repair take?
A screen replacement usually takes about 30 minutes, often I’m even faster. I do standard repairs like this right where you are.
How much does a new screen cost?
That depends on the brand and model. A new screen starts at €79, for example for the iPhone SE, Samsung Galaxy A or Redmi models. You can see the fixed price for your model in the price calculator.
How much does the diagnosis cost?
Nothing, diagnosis is always free. I only charge for pure cleaning or maintenance. If a new screen isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you honestly.
Is a tempered glass protector included?
Yes. A tempered glass screen protector is included with every screen repair.
Do I get an original or a premium screen?
It’s your choice. By default I fit high-quality premium spare parts, and the prices in the calculator apply to this quality. On request I can get original parts from Apple as well as Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Motorola and LG through my suppliers. I’ll tell you the extra cost up front.
Will my iPhone show a message after a screen replacement?
With an on-site screen replacement, a notice about an unknown part may appear at first; I’ll let you know beforehand. In the lab I can transfer the original chip of your screen, and then no notice appears at all.
Which devices do you replace screens for?
For iPhone, Samsung Galaxy including Galaxy Z Fold and Flip, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco at a fixed price. I also repair other brands, iPads and tablets, MacBooks and consoles like the Nintendo Switch, and I’ll tell you the price up front.
Do I have to give you my passcode?
No. I never ask for your passcode. After the repair I hand the device straight back to you and you check all functions yourself.
What if the screen isn’t in stock?
Then I order it right away. It usually arrives by express the next day by 12 noon, or on Monday at weekends. Then I come back to you and finish the repair.
What guarantee do I get on the new screen?
12 months, whether original or premium quality. The guarantee covers functional faults of the screen, such as ghost touch or a black display, but not new drop, liquid or third-party damage. All you need for the guarantee is your invoice.
Do you repair more than just screens?
Yes. I also replace batteries, charging ports, cameras and back glass, help with water damage and repair directly on the logic board. Find out more about iPhone repair, Samsung repair and on the home page.
