Since then I’ve repaired several thousand devices, completed more than 35 specialist training courses for Apple and Android and trained all the way up to microelectronics. MacBook, Microsoft Surface and common models from Lenovo, Dell, Asus and HP.
Do you have a shop in Munich?
No, there is no shop. I work fully mobile. Smaller repairs I do right at your place. For bigger repairs I collect your laptop, repair it in my lab and bring it back to you afterwards.
How much does a laptop repair cost?
That depends on the model and the damage. I tell you the exact price up front. The diagnosis is free, and you never pay more without your consent.
I spilled something on my laptop. What now?
Switch it off immediately, unplug the charger and don’t switch it back on. Message me on WhatsApp and I’ll take care of it. More under water damage.
Can you repair my laptop’s mainboard?
Yes, via micro-soldering in my lab, with a microscope and soldering station. More under micro-soldering.
Can you recover data from my broken laptop?
Often yes, even if the laptop no longer starts. Tell me what happened and I’ll tell you honestly whether there’s a chance.
My laptop gets hot and loud. What can I do?
Often the fan and heat sink are dusty. I clean them and check whether anything else is behind it. Pure cleaning is charged; I tell you the price up front.
What guarantee do I get?
12 months on all replaced spare parts and 6 months on board repairs. All you need is your invoice.
How much does the diagnosis cost?
Nothing, the diagnosis is always free. If a repair isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you honestly.
How much is the call-out?
Nothing anywhere in Munich and all places in MVV zone M, even at night, at weekends and on public holidays. Further out, we briefly agree on the call-out beforehand.
Do you also repair phones and tablets?
Yes, for example iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and Xiaomi, as well as iPads and other tablets.

Your laptop is your work tool, and without it things often come to a standstill. For laptop repair in Munich you don’t have to go to a shop: I repair MacBook, Microsoft Surface and common models from Lenovo, Dell, Asus and HP.
Smaller repairs I do right at your home or office. For mainboard repairs, water damage and data recovery I collect your laptop and work in my lab with a microscope and soldering station.
