How much does the diagnosis of my Samsung cost?
Nothing, diagnosis is always free. I only charge for pure cleaning or maintenance. And if repairing your Galaxy isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you honestly.
Which Samsung models do you repair?
All common Galaxy models: the Galaxy S series from S9 to S26 Ultra, the Galaxy A series from A12 to A57, the Galaxy Note series up to Note 20 Ultra, plus Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip. You can see the fixed price for your model in the price calculator.

Yes, I also repair foldables like the Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip. A new screen starts at €259. The price calculator shows you the exact fixed price for your model.
Do you use original Samsung parts?
Yes, on request. Through my suppliers I have access to original Samsung parts. By default I fit high-quality premium spare parts, and the prices in the calculator apply to this quality. I’ll tell you the extra cost for an original part up front.
My Samsung got wet. What should I do?
Switch it off immediately and don’t charge it. Then message me on WhatsApp. I clean and dry the logic board professionally. For water damage it’s a starting price; I’ll tell you the exact price after the free diagnosis.
Can you recover data from a broken Samsung?
Often, yes. I can frequently rescue photos, chats and work data even when the Galaxy no longer starts. Diagnosis is free, and afterwards I’ll tell you what’s possible.
Do I have to give you my passcode?
No. I never ask for your passcode. After the repair I hand your Galaxy straight back to you and you check all functions yourself.
What if the spare part for my Samsung isn’t in stock?
Then I order it right away. It usually arrives by express the next day by 12 noon, or on Monday at weekends. Then I come back to you and finish the repair.
What guarantee do I get on the Samsung repair?
All replaced spare parts come with a 12-month guarantee, whether original or premium quality. Logic board repairs have a 6-month guarantee. All you need for the guarantee is your invoice.
