Do you use original parts?
Yes, on request. I have access to original parts from Apple, Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Motorola and LG. By default I fit high-quality premium spare parts; the from-prices apply to this quality.
Do you repair by post too?
Yes, from all over Germany. You send your phone by DHL and I cover the return shipping. Message me briefly beforehand.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually in under 3 minutes, around the clock on WhatsApp or by phone. More under emergency phone repair.
What if the spare part isn’t in stock?
Then I order it straight away. It normally arrives by express the next day by 12 noon, or on Monday at weekends. Then I come back to you and finish the repair.
Which devices do you repair besides phones?
iPads and other tablets, foldables, MacBooks and the whole Apple product family, plus games consoles like Nintendo Switch, PSP, PlayStation and Xbox.
Do you only repair iPhones?
No, all common brands, such as Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Xiaomi and of course iPhone. For other brands you get the price up front.
Do you also come to neighbouring towns?
Yes, for example to Trudering-Riem, Ottobrunn and Neuperlach. Throughout Munich and all places in MVV zone M the call-out is free. I also come further out, for example to Starnberg, Dachau, Freising or Erding. We briefly agree on the call-out there beforehand.
