All prices are final prices including spare part, fitting, function test and call-out within Munich’s MVV zone M. Diagnosis is always free. A tempered glass screen protector is included with every screen repair.

How long does a phone repair take?
Replacing a part such as the screen, battery, charging port or camera usually takes around 30 minutes, and I’m often done even sooner. Logic board repairs, for example after water damage, a drop or a short circuit, as well as data recovery, are usually completed within 72 hours.
How much is the call-out?
Nothing in Munich and all towns in MVV zone M: the call-out is included in the price, even at night, at weekends and on public holidays. I also travel further out, for example to Starnberg, Dachau, Freising or Erding. In that case we briefly agree on the call-out beforehand.
Do you really offer a 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. You can reach me around the clock on WhatsApp or by phone and usually get a reply within 3 minutes. There’s no night or weekend surcharge; the price is the same 365 days a year.
What guarantee do I get?
All replaced parts come with a 12-month guarantee, whether original or premium quality. Logic board repairs have a 6-month guarantee. The guarantee covers functional faults of the part, such as ghost touch or a black screen, but not new drop, liquid or third-party damage. All you need for the guarantee is your invoice. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Do I have to give you my passcode?
No. I never ask for your passcode. After the repair I hand the device straight back to you and you check all functions yourself. That way your data stays private.
Do you use original parts?
Yes, on request. Through my suppliers I have access to original parts from Apple as well as Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Motorola and LG. By default I fit high-quality premium spare parts; the starting prices on this page apply to that quality.
Will my iPhone show “unknown part” after the repair?
The iPhone recognises the premium battery as an original battery with 100 % battery health (from iPhone XR and SE 2nd generation also shown as “Used”). “Used” is just a notice from iOS. After an on-site screen replacement, a notice about an unknown part may appear at first; I’ll let you know about this beforehand. In the lab I can transfer the original chip from your screen, and then no notice appears at all.
What if the spare part isn't in stock?
Then I order it straight away. It usually arrives by express by noon the next day, or on Monday at weekends. Then I come back to you and finish the repair.
Is there a charge for the diagnosis?
No, the diagnosis is always free. I only charge for cleaning or maintenance on its own. If a repair isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you honestly.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by card or with your phone: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express (including debit cards with a Visa, Mastercard or Maestro logo), Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal or bank transfer also work. You always get a proper invoice, including for your phone insurance or your taxes.
Do you also repair by post from anywhere in Germany?
Yes. You send me your device via DHL, I repair it and send it back to you at my expense. Drop me a message first and I’ll give you all the details.
Which phone brands do you repair?
All major brands, for example iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and Xiaomi. For these brands you’ll find the fixed prices in the price calculator; for other brands I’ll tell you the price up front.
What devices do you repair besides phones?
I also repair iPads and other tablets, foldables like the Galaxy Z Fold and Flip, MacBooks and the entire Apple product family, as well as game consoles such as the Nintendo Switch, PSP, PlayStation and Xbox.
