What happens to my data?
It stays private. I don’t need your code and never ask for it. You test whether everything works yourself after the repair.
Do you also come to Hochbrück and the research campus?
Yes. I come to your home or office, whether you live or work in Garching, in Hochbrück or at the research campus. I bring tools and spare parts with me.
Do I have to pay for the diagnosis?
No, the diagnosis is always free. If a repair isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you honestly and up front. Only pure cleaning or maintenance is charged.

Does a repair cost more at night or at weekends?

Can I get an original part?
Yes. Through my suppliers I get original parts from Apple, Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Motorola and LG. Unless you ask otherwise, I fit premium quality.
How can I pay?
Cash, card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfer. You always get an invoice.
Do I pay extra if you come to Garching?
No. Throughout Munich and all places in MVV zone M the call-out is included in the price, at any time.
How long is the guarantee?
12 months on replaced spare parts, 6 months on logic board repairs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
What if the spare part isn’t in stock?
Then I order it straight away. It normally arrives by express the next day by 12 noon, or on Monday at weekends. Then I come back to you and finish the repair.
Which brands do you repair?
All common brands, for example iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and Xiaomi. You’ll find their fixed prices in the price calculator; for other brands I tell you the price up front.
Do you also come to neighbouring towns?
Yes, for example to Milbertshofen, Ismaning and Unterföhring. Throughout Munich and all places in MVV zone M the call-out is free. I also come further out, for example to Starnberg, Dachau, Freising or Erding. We briefly agree on the call-out there beforehand.
