How long does a battery replacement take?
A battery replacement usually takes about 30 minutes, often I’m even faster. I do it right where you are.
How much does a new phone battery cost?
That depends on the brand and model. A new battery starts at €69 for Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and Redmi, and at €79 for the iPhone. You can see the fixed price for your model in the price calculator.
How much does the diagnosis cost?
Nothing, diagnosis is always free. Afterwards you know exactly what your phone needs and what it costs. Only pure cleaning or maintenance is charged.
Will my iPhone show a message after the battery replacement?
The iPhone recognises the premium battery as an original battery with 100 % battery health (from iPhone XR and SE 2nd generation also shown as “Used”). “Used” is just a notice from iOS.
Do I get an original or a premium battery?
It’s your choice. By default I fit high-quality premium spare parts, and the prices in the calculator apply to this quality. On request I can get original parts from Apple as well as Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Motorola and LG through my suppliers. I’ll tell you the extra cost up front.
How do I know my battery should be replaced?
Typical signs are that your phone keeps switching off or charges slowly. During the free diagnosis I check whether the battery is the cause.
My phone doesn’t charge properly. Is it the battery?
Not always. If the cable wobbles or the phone doesn’t charge at all, the charging port may also be the cause. Often cleaning is enough, otherwise I replace it on the spot. I find out what it is during the free diagnosis.
Do I have to give you my passcode?
No. I never ask for your passcode. After the repair I hand the device straight back to you and you check all functions yourself.
What if the battery isn’t in stock?
Then I order it right away. It usually arrives by express the next day by 12 noon, or on Monday at weekends. Then I come back to you and finish the repair.
What guarantee do I get on the new battery?
12 months, whether original or premium quality. The guarantee covers functional faults of the battery; new drop, liquid or third-party damage is excluded. All you need for the guarantee is your invoice.
Which devices do you replace batteries for?
For iPhone, Samsung Galaxy including Galaxy Z Fold and Flip, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco at a fixed price. I also repair other brands, iPads and tablets, MacBooks and consoles like the Nintendo Switch, and I’ll tell you the price up front.
Do you repair more than just batteries?
