What happens after I send the form?
Your request comes straight to me. I’ll get back to you by phone or WhatsApp with a price and a suggested appointment. If you enter an email address, I can also reply by email.
What should I write in my message?
Ideally three things: your device and model (for example iPhone 13 Pro), what happened and where you are right now. A photo of the damage helps, but it is not a must. Often it is the camera that is broken.
How fast do you reply?
On WhatsApp and by phone usually within 3 minutes, around the clock, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. WhatsApp is the fastest way.
Can I book an appointment for later?
Yes. Just tell me when and where suits you, for example tomorrow morning at the office or on Saturday at home. We’ll fix an appointment and I’ll come to you.
