Do you have a shop in Munich?
No, there is no shop. I work fully mobile. I do smaller repairs right at your place. For bigger repairs I collect your console, repair it in my lab and bring it back to you afterwards.

Do you repair controllers too?
Yes, Xbox Wireless and Elite controllers: for example stick drift and buttons.
My console gets hot and loud. What can I do?
Often the fan and heat sink are dusty. I clean them and check whether anything else is behind it. I charge for a cleaning on its own and tell you the price up front.
Can you repair the mainboard?
Yes, via micro-soldering in my lab, with a microscope and soldering station. More on micro-soldering.
What guarantee do I get?
12 months on all replaced parts and 6 months on logic board repairs. All you need is your invoice.
How much does the diagnosis cost?
Nothing, the diagnosis is always free. If a repair isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you honestly.
How much is the call-out?
Nothing anywhere in Munich and all places in MVV zone M, even at night, at weekends and on public holidays. Further out, we briefly agree on the call-out beforehand.
