How long does a Xiaomi repair take?
I usually replace screens, batteries, charging ports or cameras in about 30 minutes right where you are. Logic board repairs and data recovery I do in my lab, usually within 72 hours.
Do you also repair Redmi and Poco?
Yes. Redmi and Poco belong to Xiaomi and I repair all three, for example the Redmi Note 13 Pro, Redmi 13C or Poco X6 Pro.
Is a repair worth it for a budget Redmi?
Often yes, a new screen starts at €79. Diagnosis is free, and if a repair isn’t worth it, I’ll tell you honestly.
Do I get original parts?
On request, yes. Through my suppliers I have access to original parts. By default I fit high-quality premium spare parts; the calculator prices apply to this quality.
My Xiaomi got wet. What should I do?
Switch it off immediately and don’t charge it. Then message me on WhatsApp. I clean and dry the logic board professionally. More under water damage.
Can you recover data from a broken Xiaomi?
Often yes, even if your phone no longer starts. I recover photos, chats and work data in my lab.
Do I have to give you my passcode?
No. I never ask for your code. After the repair I hand your Xiaomi straight back to you and you test all functions yourself.
What if the spare part isn’t in stock?
Then I order it straight away. It normally arrives by express the next day by 12 noon, or on Monday at weekends.
What guarantee do I get?
12 months on all replaced spare parts, 6 months on logic board repairs. All you need for the guarantee is your invoice.
Does the repair cost more at night or at weekends?
No. The price is the same 365 days a year, even at night and on public holidays. More under emergency phone repair.
Do you also repair other brands?
