What guarantee do I get?
The guarantee covers the repaired area and the replaced parts. New drop or liquid damage is excluded. All you need for the guarantee is your invoice.
Do I get an invoice for my insurance?
Yes. After every repair you get an invoice that you can submit to your insurance.
Do I have to give you my passcode?
No. I never ask for your passcode. After the repair I hand the device straight back to you and you check all functions yourself.
Can I send my phone by post?
Yes. You send me your device via DHL, I repair it and send it back to you at my expense. Just message me first and I’ll give you all the details.
